While walking through the square during the second real dusting of snow we’ve had this year the underclassmen hanging out enjoying the snow surprised me. As a New England native, I’m used to the four seasons and usually more copious snow. I don’t get that sense of bewilderment that comes with the first real […]

If you don’t know already, I sing. I don’t sing original content or anything because I’m not a songwriter, but given the opportunity, I sing pretty much everywhere I can. If you’ve mucked around on this site at all, you may have even come across some samples of my singing.

This is an eventful week for me because I’m wrapping up classes for the semester. If you’re out there waiting to start (or just starting) your new semester, be extremely happy you are not at Harvard. The year starts later, and the semester doesn’t end until mid-late January. This means when students […]

Last night, after an arduous ordeal of giving an in-class presentation on the environmental impact of certain laptops, I came home and made myself dinner in the wok. I love this wok, as it’s a beautiful finished steel piece. It’s not stainless, and it’s not nonstick, so it takes some taking care of, […]

I thought it was amazingly amusing while scary at the same time that I have done two of the things listed in XKCD’s recent comic. How about you?
